1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Asteron Corp ("we," "our," or "us") for data analysis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide data analysis services including but not limited to customer analysis, forecasting, product insights, cost analysis, market analysis, and custom analysis based on client-provided data. Each engagement includes a discussion session to present findings and answer questions.

3. Data Confidentiality

We take data confidentiality seriously. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent
• Your data will not be published or made publicly available in any form that identifies you or your business
• All analysis work is conducted in a secure environment with strict access controls

4. Anonymized Data Usage

To improve our services and contribute to industry knowledge, we may use anonymized and aggregated data for the following purposes:

• Benchmarking: Creating industry benchmarks that help clients understand their performance relative to peers
• Regional Studies: Conducting country-level or city-level market studies and trend analyses
• Methodology Improvement: Enhancing our analytical methods and frameworks

All such usage is strictly anonymized—no individual client, company, or specific business data can be identified from these aggregated insights.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete data for analysis
• Ensure you have the right to share the data with us
• Respond to clarification requests in a timely manner
• Review and confirm project scope before analysis begins

6. Payment Terms

Analysis services start at $249. Final pricing is confirmed during the scope confirmation phase (Step 2 of our process). Payment is due upon confirmation before analysis begins. Initial consultation and scope confirmation are provided free of charge.

7. Deliverables

Each analysis engagement includes a comprehensive analysis report and a discussion session to walk through findings. The format and depth of deliverables are agreed upon during the scope confirmation phase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our analysis and insights are provided for informational purposes and to support your decision-making. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original data. Upon delivery, you own the analysis results and deliverables created specifically for your engagement. Our methodologies, frameworks, and general analytical approaches remain our intellectual property.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
